    I upgraded to premium but after a week it went back saying I needed to upgrade. I already paid for premium, please help.

      Cindy, this happens if you reinstall the app.

      Go through the purchase process again. Since you already bought it, it will just reactivate the pro features and you won’t be charged. Just remember to use the same account that made the original purchase!!
